Home Crush: Kate La Vie

It’s time to shine a spotlight on one of my favourite gals for interior inspiration. The talented Blogger/Youtuber/Content Creator has one of the most curated and inspirational homes making waves on cyber space. Kate lives in Glasgow with her husband and two gorgeous felines. Their home is an eclectic mix of personal items and on-trend pieces that work harmoniously together to create a warm and welcoming space.

I think my favourite thing about Kate’s home is the colour pallet. She has a great way of mixing warm pink and mustard tones with bright whites, golds and a touch of mint green. With key investment pieces like her sideboard from West Elm and fridge from Smeg, she blends with more affordable items.

Kate isn’t afraid to mix textures, pattern and finishes throughout every room in the house. While the kitchen is a crisp white space the office room is gorgeously girly and creative.

Be sure to check out Kate La Vie’s Youtube channel and also her blog. Kate updates regularly and does interiors posts mixed in with fashion, beauty and lifestyle. I know you will be just as inspired as I am!

I wanted to brighten up my apartment and balcony, but I never had the time to care for real plants. Faux Natural has completely changed that. Their artificial trees look incredibly realistic, with detailed leaves and branches that create a natural, inviting feel.
They add color and life to any space without requiring watering, pruning, or seasonal upkeep. I placed some in my living room and outdoor seating area, and it instantly made the spaces feel more welcoming. For anyone looking for beautiful, maintenance-free greenery, check them out here: https://fauxnatural.com/.
