Client Spotlight: Upper Kedron Family Home

We recently had the pleasure of interior decorating this beautiful new build located in the leafy suburb of Brisbane’s Upper Kedron. This double story, modern-farmhouse style home was finished with gorgeous fixtures but needed some styling and decorating to uplevel each space. Enter Eliza Grace Interiors! We worked with the clients to fulfill their brief of a transitional design style that will stand the test of time and couldn’t be happier with the result.

The main bedroom was one of our favourite spaces in the home as we not only added furniture and decorating accents, but custom curtains and wallpaper too. The room now has depth, contrast and feels tranquil and serene for the clients to spend time in.

To add warmth to the brand new, black and white kitchen we chose beautiful timber barstools with a woven material for texture. Offset by the tan leather and braided dining chairs close by in the dining room these zones feel connected and complimentary.

In the wide entryway we wanted to add a statement buffet that sets the tone for the rest of the home as you enter. Coupled with an oversized mirror and some styling aspects, this space feels calm yet inviting.

Another favourite area of the home to design was the guest bedroom. We leant into a slightly more feminine style in this space, drawing inspiration from the makeup station and beautiful light streaming in the large window. With a soft colour palette of blues, nudes and pinks this space greets you with calmness and serenity.
